THE VISION

Worshipping Jesus changes everything, it is what every heart was created for. Together, Divine Renovation UK and One Hope Project dream of a Church awakened to the presence and power of Jesus — vibrant, Spirit-filled communities where worship overflows into mission, lives are transformed by the Gospel, and hope is rekindled across the nations.

So, we have teamed up to help serve local parishes in becoming wholehearted disciples who passionately worship Jesus and radically love their communities.

The way we do this is by offering any UK Divine Renovation coached parish to come onto the OHP Academy at a discounted rate. OHP is happy to provide this 10% discount to invest in the worship journeys of UK Parishes.

The OHP Academy is a six month online worship school for aspiring worship leaders, musicians and songwriters who want to grow in faith and their practical gifts in order to serve in their context.

Since its conception in 2021, One Hope Project has graduated over 100 participants from 14 different nations. 20 of these individuals have been invested in by Divine Renovation Globally, 16 from the UK, and all of which have now been taken to new depths in their local music ministry.

“I had led worship in my parish and at Youth 2000 events, but only started investing seriously in it over the past 4–5 years. The OHP Academy deepened my worship and relationship with God. I led a Youth 2000 band using skills from the training and mentoring, and connected with others passionate about worship. Now I lead worship weekly with my father and at parish prayer nights. People often say the music helps them engage more deeply, and our parish is growing in faith.”

"A key part of parish renewal is the Sunday experience and the importance of making the “3 Hs” — Hymns, Homilies, and Hospitality — evangelistic, intentional, and marked by excellence. One Hope Project faithfully serve parish musicians by equipping and forming them to help build worshipping communities both within and outside a liturgical setting. Their heart for renewal, formation, and mission is helping parishes create environments where people can encounter Jesus Christ in a powerful and transformational way."

MORE ABOUT THE OHP ACADEMY

Participants on the OHP Academy receive a six-month journey of spiritual formation, worship training, and personal development designed to help them grow as worship leaders, musicians, songwriters, and disciples of Jesus.

The programme includes weekly online teaching sessions from experienced worship leaders and Catholic speakers, covering topics such as leading worship, building teams, liturgy discipleship, creativity, songwriting, and life in the Holy Spirit.

Alongside the teaching, participants join fortnightly online small-group sessions for discussion, prayer, worship, activation, and community-building with other worshippers from around the world.

Each participant is also personally supported by both a mentor — helping them grow spiritually and deepen their relationship with Jesus — and a manager who provides practical coaching in worship leadership or musical skill development.

OUTSIDE THE UK?

OHP has relationships with various DR offices around the world. Please reach out to us if you’re serving in a DR parish in another country and we’d love to see if we can serve you too!
